Using Kiweli
Kiweli helps shoppers discover local shops and helps merchants publish storefronts, products, promos, and pickup workflows. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for using the service lawfully.
Accounts
You may use one Kiweli account as both a shopper and a seller. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
Shop listings and promos
Shop owners are responsible for product details, prices, availability, promo claims, pickup instructions, customer communication, and honoring the offers they publish. Do not post misleading, illegal, infringing, or unsafe content.
Orders and payments
Kiweli may support pickup and delivery order workflows. Payment features are only covered when they are explicitly available in the app. Unless a payment feature is provided directly by Kiweli, payment and fulfillment are handled between shopper and shop owner.
Public links, QR codes, and sharing
Shops, products, QR codes, flyers, and promos can be shared publicly. Anyone with a public link may view the linked storefront or product page. QR links may open the Kiweli website first and then redirect to the Kiweli mobile app when available.
Availability
Kiweli may change, suspend, or remove features as the product evolves. We may remove content or accounts that violate these terms or create risk for users, shops, or the platform.
Changes
These terms may change as the product evolves. Continued use of Kiweli means you accept the current terms.
