Delete your Kiweli account

Account deletion support is available by request while Kiweli is in early development.

What to include

• The email address used for your Kiweli account.
• Whether the account is a shopper account, shop owner account, or both.
• Any shop name connected to the account.

What deletion removes

Deletion removes profile information and account-owned records where the app can safely delete them. Some operational records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
